Unfortunately, she expressed the same sentiment; said she would never make another one.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-818198785939526488.post-84274167270846790412013-12-07T16:13:44.938-08:002013-12-07T16:13:44.938-08:00I am currently quilting the expanded version of th...I am currently quilting the expanded version of this I added pieced star alternately with unpieced blocks.
http://ros-the-quilter.blogspot.com/2013/11/christmas-tree-wall-hanging.html

I am planning to also make eyelet holes on the DSM but I understand what you are saying about the bumpiness of the lights. We have some "ribbon" LED lighting left from our kitchen renovation so I might look at using that instead, it is flat.Roslynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15072175456185500751noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-818198785939526488.post-39411726167724118082013-11-20T01:15:26.999-08:002013-11-20T01:15:26.999-08:00I forgot - Happy Thanksgiving.I forgot - Happy Thanksgiving.Purple Pamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09614300010193583324noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-818198785939526488.post-6184101857955072392013-11-20T01:14:15.330-08:002013-11-20T01:14:15.330-08:00Wow! I definitely do not like all the wires on the back.Purple Pamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09614300010193583324noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-818198785939526488.post-1882294046586877852013-11-19T03:00:33.534-08:002013-11-19T03:00:33.534-08:00Hi Angie - I agree 100% with everything you have s...Hi Angie - I agree 100% with everything you have said here! I bought two kits - thinking they would be great for my mom and MIL to hang. I only have one done, and will not be using the other panel in the same way. I think I'll make a wall hanging with some additional fabric - but not with the lights. I really don't think Northcott should be selling these at all. They can't hang close to a wall, the lights are too long and bright, and on and on. Thanks for posting this - I was thinking it was just me. I will post on my blog as well with some pics in the next couple of days . . . it seemed like a good idea at the time, but not so much now! Take care, BevLittle House Creationshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18438322114329900839noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-818198785939526488.post-10014997237318001592013-11-16T19:32:26.831-08:002013-11-16T19:32:26.831-08:00I agree with Patricia. The panels in themselves are very pretty without the lights so why not use them and let them 'shine' on their own?Dogwood Lane Rambleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11325307035803155779noreply@blogger.com
